Informed her of ^^^ and she goes well you can’t stack deals.. then why have the “essence” carts 30% off but the essence carts are buy two for 90!? 😂 can’t get two for 90. More like 140-160!!!RIPPP OFFFF. Going back to my friendly neighborhood drug dealer days 🤣 where an Oz is 180 and the 💨 is 🔥.ZENLEAF if the biggest scam.Even canabist prices are better!! And better deals!! Go check it out in Villa Park. Not too far of a drive and the employees are also great too! 🖕🏼

Illinois is 8 times more expensive than Michigan. That means my $2000. per year habit is $16000. When I asked the girl for non-distillate carts she kept pointing out distillate carts. Nice girl, just zero understanding for how to help someone find what they want by pointing out what they don’t want over and over again.

First time at Zen Leaf today and it was a great experience. Omar was fantastic! But really all the staff were friendly. Will definitely be going back and would recommend.

Omar helped me out today. I got two Tonic Fizz: Lemon Lime 5:1 CBD:THC. He was very friendly and straight to the point. Line was slow, but I also went during a busy time. Overall great experience. 👍🏽

What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in line 30 minutes because they take the walk ins first. Set up a kiosk for people who can’t order ahead of time if ordering online serves no purpose.Edit: after reading several reviews of people saying they got charged twice, they aren’t making mistakes. They’re doing it on purpose. This happened to somebody at the counter while I was there. No way that mistake happens this many times.Edit x2: and they respond with the wrong name. No wonder the bill customers twice so often, these people don’t know how to read.

Place is a scam they steal ur points n lie say u get pints but u don't. I wouldn't waste my time nor my money on that place. There is a thousand places with better customer service and deals. DONT WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THAT CRAPPY PLACE.. THEY STEAL UR POINTS... AND THEY R RUDE AND IGNORANT..

In the past I have stood at the express line and watched people in the regular line who came in after me be helped before me, but they seem to have that problem rectified and it was a very quick and simple process today. Bogus sales advertised on website, feels almost like a bait and switch. Called to verify customer appreciation discount and was told emphatically yes, everything is 25% off unless listed. False. Got there and 2 or 3 not so good Brands were the only ones discounted.

Stephanie is a consummate pro. Top tier bud-tender. Had even tried the strain I was getting and provided excellent insight to it's effects. Tis a lucky day indeed should ye be bestowed her wisdom.

Stephanie, Dave, Dale, Dorothy, and Josh were all so happy to help, and so much fun to work with to get the most relief possible. Ten gold stars to whoever hired this group. Lanie was so kind and personable, a very sweet soul! They often have sales on products here, everything is priced similarly to other dispensaries, but they have waaaay more options here than elsewhere. The security staff are always friendly. Truly the only downside is parking since they share the lot with a handful of other businesses. But they’re so quick that spots open up frequently.

Ashley is super sweet and helpful! Just got three Joos carts from her and she helped me pick out the strains and give me more information about the product. As long as she works here, I will definitely come shop again! Thank you! 🙂
