What time do knotts open? ›

What can I bring? Unopened and empty water bottles, baby food and food for guests with special dietary restrictions are permitted. No other outside food, drink or snack items are permitted in Knott's Berry Farm or Knott's Soak City.

No outside food items are allowed to be brought inside Knott's Theme Park (or Soak City water parks). Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance at the Main Gate.

Parking lots open approximately one hour before theme park opening. The Metered Lot by the California Marketplace offers complimentary parking for up to 1 hour. Each additional half hour or portion thereof is $10 with a maximum daily charge of $60. All lost tickets will be charged $60.

Due to rider restraint requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our attractions. This may apply, but not be limited to, guests who exceed 6' 2" or those who exceed 250 pounds (some attractions may have lower weight restrictions), have a 46" waistline or 54" chest.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the park. Entering restricted areas including but not limited to ride Danger Zones and behind-the-scenes areas.

Knott's MarketPlace, a free-admission dining and shopping complex outside the Park's gates, is the home of Virginia's Gift Shop, The Berry Market, the delightful Peanuts Headquarters, and the Emporium.

Can you take hydroflask to Knotts? ›

Yes, bottles with water or empty are permitted. You can also exit and re-enter the event on the same day. Be sure to hold onto your ticket voucher that you scan at the front gate for re-entry.

Knotts Berry Farms Tickets (when bought online at the time of publication) are about half the price (or more — depending on when you go) of Disneyland. That is HUGE. If you have other things you'd prefer to spend your money on, but still have a fun vacation, that makes Knotts a great option!
