Would not recommend this place. My manicure didn't last a week. I asked for short tips and something like dipping or acrylic. I was given acrylic and the whole process plus pedicure was about 2 hrs. When I left I realized the polish was uneven and bumpy. It didn't last one week.

Very disappointed with my manicure. I had Karli and got a "dip" manicure for $42. She did not soak my hands or touch my cuticles, but immediately started the powder. She was clearly inexperience with dip polish as it is lumpy, uneven and ridiculously thick. It looked so horrific that she took off the top coat and tried again...TWICE! I was in there for 2 hours and I am still VERY disappointed with the final product. It was not worth the money.

They suck! Especially when it comes to acrylics, will destroy your cuticles with a nail file. Customer service is mediocre, they barely talk to you. They charge so much and do a horrible job. I could go on and on but they should just stick to doing gel manis and pedis (can't even do that correctly) and remove acrylics from the services that they offer. Also.. CHILL WITH THE NAIL FILE!! It hurts the cuticles!!

I stopped in for the first time this past Tuesday. I have an upcoming wedding and needed a manicure. While I got my manicure, the lady doing it complained multiple times about how she was only able to get half of her lip waxed because I came in. It made me feel very awkward. She was not professional at all. At the end I noticed a bubble in my nail that she was not originally going to fix. After spending $50, my nails do not even look like I got them done. I will not be returning.
