This is a great question because you can follow up with lotsof questions about what they are obsessed with. I guarantee they’ll have plentyto talk about when it comes to what they geek out on.

Find out how they view themselves, and don’t forget to askfollow-up questions about each of the words they chose.

I like this question because it gets to the point of what they really want to be doing. Not what they have to be doing. You can find out a lot about a person by learning what they want to do when they aren’t obligated to be doing anything in particular.
